Four key senators huddled privately in a Capitol office Thursday, just minutes after the Senate Judiciary Committee wrapped its day-long, blockbusterhearing of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh and Christine Blasey Ford, a woman who accused Kavanaugh of sexual assault.Republican Sens.
